Accounting
We offer bookkeeping services to ensure all the financial affairs of the business are recorded accurately, completely and appropriate. We strive to use the latest technologies available for information safety and back up.
AFS Preparation
For clients that have inhouse bookkeeping and we can offer services to prepare financial statements that comply with the reporting framework chosen by management and the applicable laws and regulations.
Auditing
We provide audit services to the clients that are required to be audited by law, funders or owners of the business. We ensure that there are no independence matters that might bear on our ability to perform an audit before acceptance.
Agreed upon procedures
For clients that require certain confirmations and verifications which are not within the scope of an audit or review, we offer agreed upon procedures based on the clients requirements
Review
Reviews are performed if the PI score or any other law including rules in the MOI do not require an audit. We offer review services to qaulifying clients after due considerations of relevant factors.
Tax returns
We offer tax calculations and returns submission services to our clients. These include VAT, payroll related tax and levies and income tax. VAT and payroll related tax are included as bookkeeping
